At the WSU Native American Student Center we strive to meet the educational needs of Native students while providing a place for Native students to meet and interact with one another.  We do our best to make a “home away from home.”


We provide the following services:

  • Academic advising
  • Student announcements and notices list service
    • Scholarship information, internships, job opportunities, workshops, campus events, deadlines, tribal issue events and information, etc.
  • Cultural events
    • Monthly pot lucks, talking circle, drum circle, film nights, study groups, craft days, etc.
  • Student Mentor Program
  • Student advocacy and support
  • Scholarship and financial aid assistance
  • Computer access
    • 10 pages of printing per day
    • Internet access*
  • Free academic tutoring
  • Educational workshops
  • Life Skill workshops
  • Campus and community support and referrals
